“Joie de Vivre – Lebensfreude” is a German language school for students and adults. It is conveniently located in Lutry just above the train station of La Conversion, close to Lausanne. I offer a personal and practical approach and a wide variety of motivating formulas:
There are informal workshops and various courses for adults and young people, which
which will allow you to learn while having fun.
Friendly, fun and result-oriented – whether you are preparing a CV, a shopping weekend in Zurich, Berlin or Munich, a business meeting with your Swiss-German colleagues or an important language exam, at “Joie de Vivre – Lebensfreude” you will improve your skills and live German!
1. WORKSHOP “das perfekte Dinner”
One evening a month I organize a workshop “das perfekte Dinner”.
We prepare a dinner while speaking German.
Duration of the workshop: 120 minutes (or more)
Objective: to cook, communicate and eat together
Price for one person: CHF 100,–
Price for 2 persons: CHF 50,– per participant
Price from 3 persons: CHF 35,– per participant
+ ingredients for starter or dessert and your preferred drink

2. WORKSHOP “Lebensfreude”
This intensive course takes place in the Upper Valais or in Schwarzsee/FR during a whole weekend. It consists of 2 hours of lessons per day (theory)
1 individualized activity in nature (Via Ferrata, hiking, skiing, sealskin
snowshoes, hiking), exercises in autonomy (shopping, information at the tourist office,…)
…. all speaking German.
The RATES for the workshop “Lebensfreude” from Friday afternoon to Sunday
are determined at the time of booking and after choosing the place.
3. WORKSHOP ” Virtual apéro/conversation course “
In these conversation class level B1/B2 you will improve your oral communication. You will speak German more fluently, more confidently and with more pleasure. You will refresh your vocabulary and improve your speaking skills in various situations. The goal is to communicate with sufficient fluency and spontaneity to be able to converse with a native speaker, to express yourself clearly and in detail on a wide range of topics related to your interests.
